I’m Elana Kleinman, owner of EK Organizing.
When it comes to organizing, there are really only two things that you need to know about me:
- I love organizing.
- I understand that not everyone does.
I’ve always been organized – I just didn’t know I could make a living at it.
You know when you do something your whole life and think it’s just something you do, and then you read an article that talks about how other people also do what you do but get paid for it?
That’s what happened to me. After 20+ years of teaching, I am so blessed to be able to start anew, creating a career out of my passion.
People most often describe me as efficient and practical.
These qualities have served me well throughout my life- as a wife, mother of three, and teacher of many-and they continue to serve me in my work as a Professional Organizer.
Getting organized is about adding simplicity and function to our homes and our lives.
I know how difficult it can be to stay organized. I offer my clients individualized direction to ensure that they enjoy the process as much as I do. And I leave them knowing they can stay organized, long after our sessions are done.
I’m most excited about helping other busy people find the calm that living efficiently can bring.

I am a member of Professional Organizers in Canada and successfully completed their Trained Professional Organizer courses. I currently serve as Secretary for the Toronto Chapter of POC.
